How to Install RepairIQ

macOS blocks apps from unknown developers by default. Here's how to open RepairIQ — it only takes 10 seconds and you only need to do it once.

1

Download and open the DMG

Double-click the downloaded RepairIQ-macOS.dmg file. Drag RepairIQ to your Applications folder.

2

Right-click the app

Go to Applications, find RepairIQ, and right-click it (or Control+click). Do NOT double-click.

3

Click "Open" from the menu

A menu appears. Click "Open" at the top of that menu.

4

Click "Open" again in the popup

macOS will show a warning. Click "Open" again. That's it — RepairIQ will launch and never ask again.

Why does this happen?
Apple requires developers to pay $99/year for a certificate to skip this warning. RepairIQ is a new independent app and we haven't purchased this yet. The app is completely safe — it runs 100% offline and never sends your data anywhere.
Alternative (Terminal):
If right-click doesn't work, open Terminal and paste:
xattr -cr /Applications/RepairIQ.app Then double-click RepairIQ normally.
